Munir has also held meetings with senior Iranian officials, including President Masoud Pezeshkian, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, where discussions centered on a draft interim arrangement.
According to reports, Pakistani and Qatari delegations are coordinating with both US and Iranian negotiators in an attempt to bridge differences between the two sides.
While a finalized agreement has not yet been reached, sources indicated that negotiators are working toward what they describe as a possible “major breakthrough” by the end of the week.
Reports also suggested that several regional governments are indirectly engaged in the process through consultations with Pakistani and Qatari officials involved in Tehran-based talks.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry confirmed that Qatari officials are holding discussions with Iranian counterparts, including Foreign Minister Araghchi, while Pakistan continues to act as a central mediator in the process.
